2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Name, email address, phone number, and company name

  • Business information including MC number, DOT number, and equipment type

  • Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store card or bank account numbers on our servers)

  • Communications you send to us via SMS, email, or support requests

2.2 Information from Third Parties

  • Bank account verification data through Stripe Financial Connections (account ownership, routing/account tokens — used solely to authorize payments you've approved)

  • Load and freight data from integrated load board partners

  • Authentication data from Google Sign-In if you choose to use it

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services

  • Match carriers with loads and process load bookings

  • Process the 5% booking fee when you authorize it and we successfully book a load on your behalf

  • Send service-related SMS, including load suggestions, booking confirmations, and account notifications

  • Verify identity and prevent fraud

  • Improve and personalize the Services

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3.2 OAuth and Google Services

When you sign in with Google:

  • We use Google's OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication

  • We request access to your Gmail account to send emails on your behalf

  • We request basic profile information (name, email) to personalize your experience

  • OAuth tokens are stored securely by Chrome's identity API

  • You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions

4. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

4.1 Service Providers

  • Stripe — payments and bank verification

  • Quo / OpenPhone — SMS delivery

4.2 Brokers and Load Sources

We share limited information needed to facilitate a load booking (e.g., your name, MC number, equipment type). We do not share your bank account or payment information with brokers.

4.3 Legal Requirements

When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

4.4 Business Transfers

In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Financial Data

When you connect a bank account via Stripe Financial Connections or provide a payment card, that data is collected and stored by Stripe under their privacy and security practices. We receive only tokenized references and limited metadata (e.g., last four digits, bank name) needed to display your payment method and initiate authorized debits. We never store full bank account or card numbers.

We initiate ACH debits or card charges only after you have explicitly authorized them, and only when we have successfully booked a load on your behalf, unless otherwise disclosed at the time of authorization.

6.SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from us related to your account, load suggestions, and bookings. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of SMS may limit your ability to use the Services.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Financial transaction records are retained for at least seven years to comply with applicable regulations.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights including:

  • Correction or deletion of personal information

  • Opt-out of certain data processing
