The extension temporarily processes the following information to provide its functionality:

Load Details: Information extracted from TruckStop.com and DAT Load Boards pages (origin, destination, rates, dates, broker contact information)

Email Content: Email messages you compose using the extension

This information is processed in your browser's memory and is not stored permanently or transmitted to third parties (except when you explicitly send an email through Gmail).

We want to be clear about what we don't collect:

  • Third Parties that Help Provide the Messaging Service: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

  • Additional Disclosures: Affiliates: We may disclose the Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6.2 Uninstalling the Extension

To completely remove all data:

  1. Go to chrome://extensions

  2. Find "Cinesis Extension"

  3. Click "Remove"

  4. Revoke OAuth permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions

7. Children's Privacy

Cinesis Extension is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through our extension, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Retention

Data retention is managed by you:

  • Local data persists until you uninstall the extension or clear Chrome storage

  • OAuth tokens expire according to Google's policies (typically refreshed automatically)

  • Email templates remain until you delete them

  • No data is retained on external servers
