Founding Engineer

We’re building the founding engineering team at Cinesis. There’s a $100B problem in logistics that we’ve proven our AI agents can fundamentally transform. We’re making freight booking faster, smarter, and fully autonomous. We’re looking for an engineer who wants to help build not just a product, but a company with us.
At Cinesis, you will:
Push the boundaries of AI agents and LLMs to automate real-world freight workflows.
Build AI Agents that match drivers with freight, automate critical workflows, and take action across complex systems.
Work closely with founders to shape the product and founding engineering team.
We’re looking for someone who has:
2+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python and backend fundamentals, comfortable working across APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Built or shipped an AI/LLM product into production.
Experience with prompt-to-action systems, intent modeling, and agent skills engineering.
An appetite for early-stage startup life: high degree of ownership, ambiguity, and wearing multiple hats.
A bias toward building, shipping, learning from users, and making things work.

Business Development Associate
Help bring virtual dispatch to more carriers.
Part-Time
Salary + Commission
We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to help Cinesis reach more carriers. You’ll work directly with the founding team to source new customers and refine how we bring virtual dispatch to market.
At Cinesis, you will:
Lead generation and outreach to potential customers.
Customer discovery: engage with prospects to understand their needs.
Work closely with the founder and engineering team to refine our sales approach.
Assist with drafting statements of work and commercial agreements as needed.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Grit, hustle, and a willingness to learn.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfort working on a salary plus commission structure tied to closed accounts.
