How to Use Cinesis Load Finder

Before we start. . .

Be sure to sign in using the google account that you used to register with Cinesis. 

If you're a dispatcher: Pick Your Carrier

First things first—make sure you’ve selected a carrier who has already added you as a dispatcher. This step is essential as you cannot book loads without having a carrier to assign them to.

Step 1: Set the City of Origin and Destination

Here’s where you tell the system where you want your load to start and end. Example: you’re looking for a load that starts near Nashville. Simply set Nashville as the origin city and the load search will find all loads leaving Nashville. If you have a destination in mind, you can set that city as the destination and the load search will find all loads from Nashville to that particular location. 

Step 2: Adjust the Pickup and Destination Ranges

If you want flexibility, you can adjust the pickup and destination ranges to expand or narrow your search radius.

For example, a pickup range of 50 miles and a dropoff range of 30 miles means that the system will show loads that can be picked up within 50 miles of your pickup location and dropped off within 30 miles of your drop off location.

Consider using our backhaul feature! The backhaul feature allows you to find a return load back to the original starting location. 

Step 3: Enter Vehicle Details

Tell us what type of truck your carrier is driving—dry van, reefer, flatbed, etc. This helps filter out loads that don’t match your setup. Also specifying the maximum weight per load, the maximum length of your truck, and the shipping date of the load, further helps us find loads that fit your preferences the best.

Step 4: Set the Distance Range

Looking for short hauls? Long hauls? Something in between? Just enter your minimum and maximum preferred route distance and we’ll only show you loads that fit.
